Ordering & Shipping

Q: What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship within the U.S. to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and we ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.

For best results, we recommend 2-Day Air or Overnight Shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs, and we are not liable for any delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Pearland, TX, as well as at our scheduled pop-up events.

Q: Should I ship to my home or a business address?

Chocolate and heat don’t mix well! For best results, we recommend shipping to a business, office, or mailroom where your package will stay cool and shaded. Avoid residential porches or outdoor drop-off spots, especially during warm weather.

While we do our best to ensure a perfect Endless Umami Sweets experience, we are not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or heat damage due to unsuitable drop-off locations

Q: What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item and packaging to endlessumamisweets@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. While we do not offer replacements, we’re happy to review your concern and assist where possible.

Q: Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, we offer rush shipping! You’ll see available shipping rates and options at checkout.
Please note: We only ship Monday- Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We currently do not offer wholesale pricing.

Ingredients & Allergens

Q: What's your base chocolate?

We use Callebaut Belgian chocolate as the base for all of our creations. Callebaut is a premium couverture chocolate loved by pastry chefs around the world for its smooth texture, rich flavor, and high quality. Whether it's white, milk, or dark chocolate, each bar starts with the finest ingredients to give you that luxurious melt-in-your-mouth experience

Q: Do you use Certified Fair Trade chocolate?

Yes, the chocolate we source from Callebaut is Fair Traded Certified and non- GMO.

Q: Can I store my chocolate in the refrigerator?

The best practice is to store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from sunlight—ideally at room temperature. Refrigeration can alter the texture, flavor, and appearance of the chocolate. It may also cause condensation (a “sugar bloom”) and absorb odors from other foods in your fridge. That said, you make the call!
